Spire Tower is a collection of 343 condominiums in the heard of downtown Seattle. California Dynamics provided the full scope of vibration isolation for mechanical and plumbing systems including concrete inertia pump bases, cooling tower frames and mounts as well as steel pipe supports and concrete embed plates. All were galvanized and shipped fully fabricated from Los Angeles.
