The building includes approximately 360,000 square feet of office space and an additional 330,000 square feet for parking. Like the other buildings under development, designs for this structure will aim for LEED Platinum Certification.

CalDyn partnered up with Gripple and Hermanson to provide the entire scope of vibration isolation and seismic restraints throughout the entire building 6. CalDyn was able to engineer, fabricate and delivery on time custom frames and supports for heavy equipment such as end suction pumps, cooling towers, and large piping.
